FAQs on eForms

  • What is the component ID? open
    Component IDs are used to identify each component on a form. Actions such as setting required fields or restricting modifications can be configured via component ID.
  • I cannot see the OZ in Office toolbar after installing eformsign Form Builder. open

    Sometimes OZ in Office tab would disappear from ribbon Tab. If it disappears, please try below method.

    1. Move to File Tab > Options > Add-in.
    2. On right bottom Management Combo box, select Disabled Items.
    3. Select OZ in Excel [Word/PowerPoint] on Disabled Items then click Use button.
    4. Again, select COM Add-ins on Management Combo box
    5. On Add-ins available in COM Add-ins list, check OZ in Excel [Word/PowerPoint] then click OK.
    6. Check if the OZ in Office ribbon menu has appeared again.
  • Can I use Excel functions and formulas? open

    Using the form builder allows you to use some functions and formulas on eForms.

    • Formulas: arithemetic operations (+, -, ÷, ×) and signs (<, >, =), and cell reference
    • Functions: IF, SUM, LEFT, MID, RIGHT, MATCH, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP
